ERISA Litigation Associate — Dallas

We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level ERISA litigation associate to join a sophisticated practice in Dallas. The role focuses on high-stakes employee benefits litigation, including class action matters.

The successful candidate will litigate complex disputes involving fiduciary duty claims, excessive fee litigation, and other complex employee benefits issues for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans. The work serves leading companies and financial institutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Law school class years 2020 through 2022
• Substantive experience litigating ERISA class actions
• Experience with fiduciary duty claims, excessive fee litigation, and complex employee benefits disputes
• Familiarity with defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
