An international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. The role involves working on international investment and commercial arbitrations, cross-border and local litigation, and related court proceedings (commercial, administrative and civil), as well as matters touching on compliance, sanctions and white‑collar issues.

You will work with large domestic and international corporate clients across sectors such as energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail and infrastructure, collaborating closely with colleagues in other offices on cross‑border matters.

2–3 years post‑qualification experience in Dispute Resolution, including participation in court hearings and arbitration processes
Qualified in Ukraine with a law degree from a recognised university
Ukrainian Advocate Certificate completed/obtained is a significant plus
Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian; strong commercial awareness and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and operate both independently and as part of a team
