Senior associate role in a well-established international banking & finance team based in Kyiv. The role focuses on structured finance, cross-border restructurings and related capital markets and derivatives work for corporate and financial-sector clients.

This is a hands-on position for an energetic, proactive lawyer who can manage competing priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and deliver high-quality advice in both English and Ukrainian. The team offers exposure to complex cross-border matters and a supportive, development-oriented environment.

3–4 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance, with experience in structured finance and cross-border restructurings
Qualified in Ukraine with a law degree from a reputable university
Excellent written and verbal English and Ukrainian
Commercial approach, strong interpersonal, time management and administration skills; ability to work under pressure and multitask
