3–4 years post‑qualification experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance and cross‑border restructurings; interest/experience in capital markets and derivatives
Ukraine law qualification and a law degree from a reputable university
Excellent written and verbal English plus strong Ukrainian; Russian language skills desirable
Commercial mindset, strong interpersonal and time‑management skills, ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
