Banking and Finance Associate

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with strong expertise, excellent business English, and outstanding knowledge of Ukrainian. The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate to develop commercial and project management skills while assisting on a large, high-profile defendant litigation project for a key financial services client. You will work as part of our Kyiv team, often collaborating with colleagues in other offices, advising on a wide range of financial transactions, including commercial, retail, energy, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure matters.

• At least 3–4 years of full-time experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance and cross-border restructurings; interest in capital markets, derivatives, and other finance products.
• Ukraine-qualified lawyer with a law degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
• Commercial approach, strong interpersonal, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
