To be successful in this role you should have:
- At least 1–2 years of full-time experience in dispute resolution/litigation, gained in a recognised dispute resolution department of a major or medium-sized firm.
- Ukrainian qualification and a law degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
- Commercial orientation, strong business acumen, and a commitment to innovation.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Flexibility, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
