Join a Kyiv-based tax team focused on tax advisory for cross-border, regulatory and transactional matters. The role offers exposure to structuring, M&A, financing and sector-specific projects across energy, infrastructure, TMT, financial services and other industries.

You will support senior lawyers in delivering pragmatic, commercially minded tax advice, prepare legal and tax memoranda, assist on transactional and regulatory matters, and contribute to business development and client-facing work under supervision.

Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in tax advisory; strong candidates with Big 4, law firm or in-house experience welcome
Solid grounding in Ukrainian tax rules (CIT, VAT, WHT) and an interest in cross-border taxation
Strong drafting and analytical skills, with ability to translate technical issues into practical advice
Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian; strong interpersonal and time-management skills
Law degree from a reputable university and a commercial, client-focused mindset
