An international firm is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Associate (2–3 years PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. The role involves high-profile international investment and commercial arbitrations alongside cross-border and domestic litigation, spanning commercial, administrative and civil court proceedings, as well as compliance, sanctions and white-collar matters.

The team primarily serves large corporations and international and domestic companies across sectors including commercial, retail, energy, pharmaceutical, financial and infrastructure. You will work closely with colleagues in other offices and advise clients on a wide range of projects.

At least 2–3 years' full-time experience in dispute resolution, including participating in court hearings and arbitration processes
Ukraine-qualified with a law degree from a reputable university
Ukrainian Advocate Certificate (completed and obtained) is a significant plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian
Commercial approach with strong interpersonal, administration and time-management skills
Flexible, able to multi-task and prioritise competing demands under pressure
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
