Senior associate role within a busy Luxembourg litigation team of an established Benelux full‑service firm. You will work on cross‑border contentious matters spanning civil and commercial disputes, banking & finance litigation, investment fund and administrative/tax proceedings.

The role involves managing matters from intake to resolution, drafting pleadings and advice, representing clients in court and arbitral settings, and working closely with colleagues across corporate, finance and tax teams.

Master’s degree in Law from a recognised European university with strong academic record
Bar admission in Luxembourg or another qualifying European jurisdiction
4–5 years’ PQE in litigation at an international or national law firm in Luxembourg
Proven experience in civil/commercial disputes, banking & finance litigation and arbitration
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client‑management skills; commercial mindset
Fluent in English and French
