Apply in confidence →International law firm is expanding its litigation, arbitration and investigations team in Luxembourg and is seeking a mid-level lawyer to join a busy cross-border practice. The role covers civil and commercial litigation, international and domestic arbitration, regulatory investigations and related out-of-court work.
The successful candidate will work on multi-jurisdictional matters alongside other practice groups, managing both court proceedings and arbitration files and coordinating with offices in other jurisdictions. The team handles complex, commercially sensitive matters for corporate and financial clients.

- Qualified lawyer admitted under Luxembourg lists I or IV (or equivalent); 4–7 years' post-qualification experience in litigation/arbitration.
- Fluent written and spoken German, French and English; Luxembourgish is an asset.
- Practical experience or exposure to insolvency proceedings, data protection, regulatory investigations or sanctions is advantageous.
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; able to manage files independently and work effectively in cross-practice, cross-border teams.
