Join a leading international M&A and private equity team in Luxembourg that advises on complex cross-border and domestic corporate transactions. The practice handles mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and related corporate work for a broad range of corporate and financial clients.

This junior associate role supports deal teams by conducting legal research, drafting basic transaction documents (term sheets, NDAs, simple purchase agreements), organising due diligence materials and maintaining matter files. You will assist with preparation for negotiations and client meetings, take detailed notes, and provide day-to-day administrative and client-facing support under the supervision of senior lawyers.

Law degree and admission to practice in Luxembourg — or eligibility to be admitted
Prior exposure to M&A and/or private equity matters (law firm internships, secondees or junior associate experience)
Strong legal research, drafting and organisational skills; attention to detail on due diligence and document review
Good commercial awareness and ability to support deal execution under supervision
Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
