Senior role within a global corporate practice advising on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and high-value commercial arrangements. The role focuses on complex, cross-border transactions and routinely interfaces with antitrust, finance, capital markets, tax, employment and real estate specialists to deliver integrated advice.

The team also provides corporate governance, regulatory compliance and technology/IP advisory, giving broad exposure across transactional and advisory work. Qualified lawyer registered with the Luxembourg Bar, or able to register promptly
Approximately 5–7 years' post-qualification experience in M&A and related corporate transactions, ideally from a leading law firm
Fluent English and German; French highly desirable; Luxembourgish an asset
Strong analytical skills, commercial instinct and ability to simplify complex issues
Reliable, client-focused, collaborative and able to work effectively in teams
