Experienced corporate lawyer role within a busy M&A and private equity team in Luxembourg. The team advises on cross-border and local M&A, private equity transactions, restructurings and general corporate matters, working in a collaborative, international environment.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A in a law firm
Law degree (strong academic record preferred); LL.M. desirable
Fully qualified lawyer in a recognized jurisdiction

Strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail and client-service focus
Team player, proactive with excellent communication skills
