Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Luxembourg

Experienced mid-level corporate lawyer sought for a well-established international firm’s Luxembourg office. The role focuses on corporate and M&A work for cross-border and domestic transactions in a multicultural environment.

The team offers structured professional development, individual coaching and opportunities for secondments within the firm’s global network. You will handle substantive transactional matters and assume responsibility for client-facing work early on.

• 2–5 years' PQE, preferably gained in Luxembourg or in international law firms.
• Qualified in Luxembourg or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; additional languages (e.g. German, Luxembourgish) advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, excellent communication and ability to manage multiple matters.
