Mid-Level Associate – Fund Finance – Luxembourg

We are recruiting a mid-level finance associate to join a market-leading funds and finance practice in Luxembourg. Working alongside sponsors, financial institutions and international counsel, you will handle a broad range of fund-related financing transactions in a cross-border, collaborative environment.

The role involves significant client contact and offers early responsibility, close collaboration with a well-regarded fund formation team, and exposure to instructions spanning multiple jurisdictions. The firm operates with a flat hierarchy and provides structured professional development, individual coaching and training.

• 2–4 years of relevant fund finance experience in the Luxembourg market.
• Trained and qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, with comfort working with English-language legal documentation.
• A good command of French for effective communication in a Luxembourg professional environment; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish are an asset.
• Strong legal analysis and the ability to give concise, practical client advice.
• Self-motivated, proactive and a genuine team player.
• Organised and flexible, able to manage several matters concurrently.
