We are seeking a mid‑to‑senior level banking & finance lawyer to join a growing Luxembourg practice within a large international firm. The role focuses on fund finance and cross‑border lending, advising financial institutions and investment funds on secured and unsecured financing structures.

Day‑to‑day work includes drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages and intercreditor arrangements, supporting deal execution and closings, and providing practical Luxembourg‑law advice on structuring and regulatory matters. The role also involves client development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Master's degree in law (LL.M. or equivalent)
Admission to the Luxembourg Bar, or another European Bar
5–7 years' experience in banking & finance or financing transactions, preferably with exposure to fund finance
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills; ability to lead cross‑border transactions
Fluent English; French is a strong asset (other European languages a plus)
