Senior associate role in a leading international funds team based in Luxembourg. The team advises global fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on formation and structuring of regulated and unregulated funds across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and related products.

You will work on fund structuring and documentation from pre-launch to post-closing, distribution and depository/administration matters, GP/LP transactions including secondary and continuation structures, and cross‑disciplinary work with tax and regulatory specialists. The role includes client-facing responsibility, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the team.

At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in alternative funds and UCITS, ideally gained at an international law firm
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures (UCITS, SIFs, RAIFs, SICARs and unregulated funds)
Experience advising on depositary and fund administration matters and on distribution channels
Luxembourg admission or eligibility to practise locally preferred
Fluent English; French, German and Luxembourgish considered an asset
Client-service orientation, teamwork, supervisory experience and willingness to mentor juniors
