Join a well-established funds team in Luxembourg advising on a broad range of alternative investment structures including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private debt. The role involves advising sponsors, investors and service providers on fund formation, regulatory matters and fund-related corporate work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing fund and corporate documentation, preparing and negotiating service agreements, handling regulatory filings and applications, and liaising with local regulators. The role also offers client-facing exposure and participation in business development and industry events.

This is a development-focused position with access to formal coaching, international collaboration across offices and opportunities for secondments and increasing responsibility from an early stage.

2–4 years' relevant experience in investment management / funds in Luxembourg
Qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar
Fluent written and spoken English and French; additional languages (e.g. German or Luxembourgish) advantageous
Strong drafting and analytical skills, self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple matters; client-facing and team-working capability
