Join a leading international finance team in Luxembourg advising on the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, asset and real estate finance, fund finance, syndicated lending, private credit and liability management. Work on both lender- and borrower-side mandates and on complex cross-border financings backed by diverse asset and infrastructure portfolios.

You will be involved in structuring and executing transactions, advising on restructurings and insolvencies where required, and collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams to deliver pragmatic commercial advice on sophisticated financing arrangements.

The role offers exposure to top-tier clients and a structured development programme within a multicultural team; strong language skills and Luxembourg bar admission are key for success.

3–6 years' PQE in banking, finance or capital markets (or closely related area), ideally at a large international law firm
Law degree; LL.M or other specialised postgraduate qualification is an asset
Admitted to the Luxembourg bar
Fluent English and strong French (French required); German or Luxembourgish an advantage
Strong drafting, teamwork, communication skills and a pragmatic commercial approach to transactions
