Associate, Litigation — New York

Senior litigation associate role in a busy New York disputes practice. The team handles all phases of complex commercial litigation; the role offers hands‑on responsibility for fact investigation, motion practice, discovery, witness preparation and trial support.

The group seeks a collaborative, client-focused lawyer who will manage matters, contribute to client relationships, and grow a litigation practice within a fast‑paced environment. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.

• 4–5 years post‑qualification litigation experience (PQT/PQE)
• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the New York State Bar in good standing
• Demonstrated experience with discovery, depositions/witness preparation, drafting complaints/answers, motions and briefs, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, organization and matter‑management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment; prior experience at a large Am Law firm is desirable
