Opportunity for an Associate to join a well-established international firm’s litigation and dispute-resolution practice in Germany. The role is open to candidates for the firm’s Düsseldorf or Frankfurt offices and focuses on commercial disputes and cross-border litigation.

Day-to-day work includes case management, drafting pleadings and submissions, representation at hearings, and supporting client advice across complex commercial matters. The team handles both domestic litigation and international dispute-resolution mandates.

The role offers structured mentoring, exposure to high-value matters, and collaboration with multi-jurisdictional teams.

Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent German legal qualification.
Practical experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution (associates-level).
Strong drafting, advocacy and case-management skills.
Fluent German and strong English; ability to work on cross-border matters.
