Associate, Litigation & Trial (MDL / Consumer Class Action)

Top-tier global litigation team is seeking an associate with MDL and consumer class action experience to join a national practice group. The team handles high-stakes, complex commercial and consumer disputes across federal courts, adopting a trial-ready strategy and coordinating multi-office resources.

The role focuses on MDL and consumer-protection matters, including fact development, managing discovery, draft and argue dispositive and class-certification motions, and supporting trial preparation. Associates will work on cross-office teams alongside experienced trial lawyers and litigators.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience handling MDL and/or consumer class actions
• Strong drafting and motion practice skills (briefing, discovery, class certification)
• Federal litigation experience and familiarity with multi-district proceedings
• Excellent research, oral advocacy, and team-collaboration abilities
