Senior corporate associate role within a global firm's Brisbane office, joining a close‑knit M&A team that works across the APAC region. The team advises on cross‑border and domestic acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, W&I insurance and related commercial matters.

The role offers regular exposure to complex, high‑profile transactions across sectors including resources, energy, technology, financial services and renewables. You will work directly on due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and support business development initiatives.

Minimum 2+ years PQE in corporate/M&A gained at an international or top‑tier firm
Demonstrable experience on complex M&A transactions (domestic and cross‑border)
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent client liaison skills and commercial awareness; collaborative team player
