Associate — M&A / Corporate, Palo Alto

Strong corporate associate opportunity on an M&A and general corporate team in Palo Alto. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and general corporate matters for technology and emerging company clients.

Successful candidates will have meaningful M&A transaction experience, significant client contact and the ability to take ownership of matters and work with autonomy. The position is well suited to entrepreneurial associates who want to build client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Law school class years 2018–2021
• Prior experience on M&A transactions and strong understanding of corporate law
• Experience or focus on technology and emerging companies
• Comfort with direct client contact, autonomy on matters, and a business-development orientation
