An elite M&A practice is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join its transactional team. The group advises cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences sectors on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions.

This is a dedicated, full-time M&A position rather than a general corporate role. Associates work as integral members of deal teams, drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of strategic transactions, including due diligence and disclosure letters, coordination with subject matter experts, and client relationship management.

Successful candidates may be based in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle.

3–5 years of relevant M&A experience
Experience with public and/or private company mergers and acquisitions, or other strategic transactions
Proven ability to serve as an integral associate on M&A transactions
Experience drafting definitive transaction agreements
Experience with due diligence and disclosure letters
Experience coordinating with subject matter experts and assisting with client relationship management
Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
