The position emphasizes drafting and negotiating complex licensing and commercial contracts, advising on transactional privacy and emerging regulatory issues related to AI, and providing commercially minded, pragmatic counsel to a mix of emerging companies and established enterprises. - 3–5 years post-qualification experience in technology transactions or related corporate/IP transactional work
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex licensing and commercial technology agreements (software, cloud/hosting, content, distribution/partnering)
- Familiarity with agreements involving AI deployments and related transactional privacy or regulatory considerations
- Strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills; ability to work independently and in teams across multiple matters
