Experienced technology transactions associate role in a national technology-focused practice. The group advises clients on high‑technology commercial agreements and intellectual property licensing, with regular work on software, cloud/hosting, content and partnering arrangements and AI-related deployments.

The position emphasizes drafting and negotiating complex licensing and commercial contracts, advising on transactional privacy and emerging regulatory issues related to AI, and providing commercially minded, pragmatic counsel to a mix of emerging companies and established enterprises. 3–5 years post-qualification experience in technology transactions or related corporate/IP transactional work
Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex licensing and commercial technology agreements (software, cloud/hosting, content, distribution/partnering)
Familiarity with agreements involving AI deployments and related transactional privacy or regulatory considerations
Strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills; ability to work independently and in teams across multiple matters
