Associate, M&A & Private Equity — Dallas

We are seeking associates (law school class years 2020–2024) to join a busy M&A and private equity team in Dallas. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate matters.

Candidates will manage transactions end-to-end, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and work directly with clients. This position suits entrepreneurial, business-development oriented associates who can take on substantial responsibility and work with a high degree of autonomy.

• Law school class years 2020–2024
• Significant experience on M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for transaction documentation
• Proven deal management experience and client-facing ability
