Associate — M&A & Private Equity, Dallas

Top-tier corporate team seeks associates to join the M&A and private equity practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional and general corporate matters.

Associates will have significant responsibility on live transactions, regular client contact and opportunities to manage matters independently. The team values candidates with strong drafting skills, transaction experience and a commercial, business-development mindset.

• JD and admission-eligible or admitted in relevant U.S. jurisdiction; law school class years 2020–2024 preferred
• Significant experience on M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting transaction documents
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms; proven deal management skills
• Ability to work autonomously, manage client relationships and contribute to business development
