Top-tier Dallas corporate team seeks a mid-level associate to join its transactional practice focusing on mergers & acquisitions and private equity matters. The role involves representing financial sponsors, private equity funds, and strategic buyers and sellers on leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and other strategic acquisitions and dispositions.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating acquisition, disposition and investment agreements, preparing closing documentation, and managing transactions through closing. Securities law experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Minimum 3 years of transactional M&A/private equity experience
Experience representing financial sponsors, private equity firms and strategic buyers/sellers
Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition, disposition, and investment agreements and preparing closing documents
Admission to the Texas State Bar
Securities law experience is a plus
