Join a global corporate M&A and private equity practice based in New York. The team advises on a full range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buyouts, carve-outs, and complex strategic deals, and provides integrated support across related areas such as finance, tax, and regulatory matters.

The group is seeking an associate to work on live transactions with senior deal teams, draft and negotiate transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters. This role offers significant client-facing exposure and the chance to work on high‑profile, market-leading matters.

Minimum of approximately 2 years of post-qualification transactional experience in M&A and/or private equity
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on purchase agreements, equity documents and ancillary transaction agreements
Experience with cross-border transactions and coordination with other practice areas a plus
Excellent academic credentials and admission to the relevant US bar
Ability to work effectively on fast-paced deal teams and manage multiple matters
