Top-tier corporate team is seeking associates (law‑school class years 2018–2021) to join its M&A and private equity practice in New York. The role offers regular responsibility for acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate matters for corporate clients and private equity funds.

Candidates will draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage deal processes, and take direct client-facing responsibility on matters. This is a high‑autonomy role suited to driven, business‑minded associates who want to develop client relationships and manage matters independently.
