Mid–Senior Associate, Global Corporate (M&A) — New York

Mid–senior level associate role within a globally-focused corporate practice based in New York. The team has a strong, growing M&A platform and advises leading private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.

The role offers substantial deal exposure in a collaborative, close-knit group with international workstreams and significant private equity activity.

• 3–8 years' post-qualification experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
• Demonstrable private equity and cross-border deal experience
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic record and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Team-oriented, client-focused, able to manage deal workflow across time zones
