A highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Tax practice in New York. The role is focused on general transactional tax work and involves close collaboration with the firm's corporate practice.

The tax group advises clients across a broad range of matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs, and other joint ventures; private equity and private equity fund formation; real estate, real estate fund formation, and real estate investment trusts; regulated investment companies; and financing and capital markets transactions.

3–4 years of experience in general transactional tax work
J.D. Class of 2022–2023
Experience working in teams and independently managing substantial components of transactions
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
