Senior M&A Associate — Technology Companies (New York)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking senior associates to join its Technology Companies M&A group in New York. This role focuses on mergers and acquisitions for a client base that spans early- and late-stage technology companies as well as leading venture capital investors.

Candidates will have significant experience working within teams and managing components of transactions independently. The position requires a proactive approach, strong business sense, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.

• Significant M&A experience, preferably with both early- and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients.
• Proven ability to manage transaction components independently while working within teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
