Top-tier global corporate M&A team is seeking senior-level associates to join its growing US M&A practice. The role involves leading and supporting complex transactions across public and private company deals, joint ventures, and strategic dispositions.

Candidates will work on all phases of deals: drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence and closing logistics, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. The position is client-facing and requires confidence in negotiating and running significant portions of transactions.

Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent; admitted and in good standing to the New York, Texas, or California bar
Prior corporate M&A experience at a law firm or in-house; JD years indicated 2017–2021
Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and related documents; ability to produce clear issues lists
Strong deal-running experience or track record as a significant contributor on complex transactions
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
