Apply in confidence →Join a market-leading marine personal injury, travel and regulatory team based in London. This role involves defending a broad range of maritime-related liability matters for ship and yacht operators, ports, cruise lines, insurers and related parties.
Work spans crew and passenger personal injury claims (including catastrophic and fatal injury), EL/PL land-based claims in port contexts, travel claims, industrial disease work and related regulatory and criminal investigations. The team handles incidents across sea, air and land and combines proactive case management with commercial problem solving.

- Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE)
- Degree in law or equivalent qualification
- Experience with personal injury and/or industrial disease claims (marine or travel-related experience desirable)
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisation, communication and client-facing skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Commercial, pragmatic approach and willingness to assist with business development
