Associate, No‑Fault (PIP) Defense — New York

Growing New York litigation team is seeking an associate with experience defending no‑fault / Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters. The role covers full‑lifecycle PIP defense: case intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, conducting Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and preparing investigation reports, and staying current on evolving no‑fault/PIP law and regulation. Admission to the New York Bar is required.

• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 1–7 years' experience in no‑fault / PIP defense litigation.
• Proven experience managing litigation matters from inception to resolution, including discovery and motion practice.
• Experience with arbitrations, mediations, SIU investigations and conducting EUOs.
• Strong legal writing, advocacy and client‑facing skills.
