Associate — Patent Litigation (2-6 years)

Seeking an IP litigation associate with strong patent litigation experience to join a national litigation team. The role involves active courtroom and evidentiary work, client communication, and contributing to case strategy across U.S. district court and post‑grant proceedings.

Typical responsibilities include factual and legal research, drafting pleadings and claim construction briefs, participating in discovery (including depositions and expert work), and supporting pre-trial and trial preparation. Candidates will work collaboratively with other litigators and technical specialists on complex IT/engineering matters.

• 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Court and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings
• Practical courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, physics or similar technical field preferred
• Excellent legal research and writing skills; experience with claim construction, dispositive and discovery motions
