This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer (NQ to two years’ PQE) to join a leading national personal injury practice, working across our Birmingham, Manchester, and Sheffield offices. The role focuses on defendant employers’ liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims, with a varied caseload spanning fast-track to multi-track litigation and involving high-profile claims, cross-border quantum issues, and well-known insurer clients.

Qualified lawyer with 0–2 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury litigation (EL/PL)
Experience handling litigation matters from instruction to resolution
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and a practical problem-solving approach
Willingness to travel between office locations as required
