Associate, Public Law Litigation — Manchester

An opportunity for an ambitious junior litigation lawyer to join a growing public law litigation team in Manchester. The role offers exposure to high-quality public sector work, with a focus on judicial review, procurement-related disputes and matters affecting health and local government clients.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a varied caseload, gaining experience drafting pleadings, witness statements, counsel instructions and client advice while contributing to business development and the expansion of the practice in the region.

• Qualified solicitor (Newly Qualified to c.3 years PQE).
• Experience of litigation through a training contract, qualifying work experience or post-qualification practice.
• Interest in public law, public sector, health or regulatory work.
• Strong drafting, legal research and client-facing skills; motivated to support a growing regional practice.
