Join a busy UK employment team advising employers across a range of sectors on contentious and advisory work. The role offers exposure to employment litigation, workplace investigations, restructurings, TUPE and senior exits, with opportunities to work across multiple UK offices and with colleagues in Europe.

The position involves drafting commercially-focused advice, supporting hearings and investigations, preparing consultation materials for transformation projects, and contributing to client seminars and training. You will work alongside senior lawyers on client-facing matters and help develop client relationships and internal know‑how.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
3–6 years PQE with solid respondent-side employment experience.
Practical experience of employment litigation, investigations, restructuring/TUPE and senior exits.
Strong drafting, case management, advocacy support and client‑facing skills; proactive and commercially minded.
