Senior associate opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a busy Glasgow team on a hybrid basis. The role is advisory and litigation-focused with a strong emphasis on contentious employment work and Employment Tribunal advocacy.

You will act predominantly for employer clients across the UK and support Scottish-based clients on a varied caseload, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role includes client-facing responsibility, supervision of junior staff and contribution to business development initiatives.

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, predominantly in employment law
Proven Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy experience
Strong technical knowledge of employment law and commercial awareness
Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members
Track record of building and maintaining client relationships and involvement in business development
Excellent drafting, organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
