Day-to-day work includes advising clients, attending interviews with investigative bodies, analysing evidence, drafting witness statements, briefing counsel and managing a personal caseload with regular billing and financial oversight. The role requires adherence to client protocols and contribution to internal networks and firm-wide objectives.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with police station accreditation and criminal litigation experience.
Experience representing police officers in disciplinary investigations and handling inquests.
Willingness to work variable hours and to travel; full driving licence required.
Strong communication skills with sensitivity handling client matters.
Financially literate with experience meeting productivity/fee income targets and billing protocols.
Team-oriented, proactive, with attention to detail and strong IT skills (Word and case management systems).
