A London-based opportunity for an experienced privacy, cyber and tech regulatory lawyer to join a highly ranked privacy & cyber security group. You will work on advisory and incident-response matters for multinational clients, support international mandates and contribute to the development of privacy and digital regulation practice areas (including AI and online safety).

The role requires strong technical privacy expertise, commercial judgment and the ability to coordinate work across jurisdictions. You will join a small, collaborative team and will be expected to take initiative on client work, contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues.

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–6 years' PQE (applications outside this range considered with relevant experience).
  • Practical experience advising on privacy/data protection matters, drafting policies and privacy documentation.
  • Experience supporting cyber incident response and coordinating multi-jurisdictional breach notifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital regulation (AI, online safety, Data Act, DSA/NIS2) and international data-transfer mechanisms (e.g. BCRs).
  • Strong client-facing skills, ability to manage international instructions, and interest in business development and team mentoring.
