Associate, Private Equity (Corporate) — Houston

Growing Private Equity team in Houston seeks associates (law school class years 2021–2023) to work on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures and related corporate matters. The role offers substantive transactional work across the deal lifecycle, from diligence and drafting to negotiation and closing.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative transactional group and advise private equity sponsors and corporate clients on complex, market-leading matters. The position requires someone who can take significant responsibility, exercise sound judgment, and work independently while contributing to a busy deal slate.

• Law school class years 2021–2023
• Strong foundation in corporate law and market terms
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Proven ability to manage transactions from inception through closing
• Business-oriented mindset, excellent judgment, and the ability to work autonomously
