Associate - Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, Houston

Leading US corporate practice is seeking an associate to join its securities regulation and corporate governance team in Houston. The role focuses on advising public companies on governance matters and supporting clients through IPO-related governance work.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of corporate governance and disclosure matters under the Exchange Act, draft and review governance-related filings and policies, and collaborate with deal and compliance teams on regulatory issues.

• Law school class years 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including governance aspects of IPOs
• Knowledge of securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic record and demonstrable writing and research skills
