Apply in confidence →Join a busy Private Wealth Disputes team handling trusts, wills, succession and related contentious matters. The team advises families, trustees and family offices on domestic and cross-border disputes and combines litigation experience with specialist private client expertise.
This newly created role offers substantial responsibility from day one: a mix of working on high-value, complex disputes within larger teams and running smaller matters independently. The role involves full case management, client contact, liaison with counsel, costs monitoring and court attendance.
There is scope to collaborate with other specialist groups (tax, reputation, art and luxury assets, mental capacity) and to contribute to business development and thought leadership for the practice.
- 0–1 years PQE in litigation (private client/disputes experience preferred)
- Exposure to trusts disputes, wills/succession, multi‑jurisdictional estates, Court of Protection or mental capacity work
- Strong academic record and trained at a reputable firm
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong technical accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable case management experience and ability to manage competing priorities to tight deadlines
- Commercial mindset with an appetite for business development and client-facing work; willingness to work flexibly as required
- Step/ACTAPs study desirable but not essential
