Apply in confidence →A growing energy and infrastructure practice is seeking a transactional associate to join its project finance and M&A team. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices and will focus on financing and acquisition work for energy and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will take significant responsibility on deals, including drafting primary transaction documents and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. This is a team‑oriented role with client‑facing responsibilities and opportunities to work on complex, market-facing project financings and infrastructure M&A.
- 3–7 years post‑qualification experience in project finance, energy finance, or transactional M&A
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating primary deal documents (loan agreements, security documents, purchase agreements)
- Strong background in energy or infrastructure transactions preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and manage significant responsibility
- J.D., admitted or eligible for admission to a U.S. state bar
