Associate — Public Procurement & Administrative Law

Leading German full-service practice is hiring an associate to join its public procurement and administrative law team across multiple German offices. The role offers hands-on responsibility on national and cross-border procurement and infrastructure matters from early on.

You will advise public-sector and private clients on procurement strategy, manage parts of procurement procedures, represent clients before procurement authorities and civil courts, and contribute to LegalTech and product development initiatives.

• Qualified German lawyer (both Staatsexamen), strong academic record
• 0–3 years’ post-qualification experience; prior exposure to public economic law, procurement law or administrative law preferred
• Experience or aptitude for litigation before procurement authorities and civil courts
• Client-facing, project ownership mindset and strong written and oral German
