Apply in confidence →Top-tier international firm is seeking a Real Estate associate to join its broad, cross-border real estate practice. The team advises institutional investors, private equity, REITs and developers on high-value, complex transactions across the United States and internationally.
The role offers substantive work on joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate M&A, and a range of financing matters. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with lawyers across offices and practice groups on multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in real estate transactional practice
- Experience with joint ventures, development transactions, acquisitions/dispositions, real estate M&A and financings
- Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; commercial understanding of real estate investment
- Comfort working across offices and with cross-disciplinary teams
