Top-tier global firm seeks an associate to join a large Real Estate practice. The group handles complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions across the United States and internationally, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, REIT matters, and real estate-related M&A and financings.

The role offers collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and attorneys in multiple offices. Successful candidates will work on high-value institutional matters for developers, private equity and investment funds, REITs, lenders and other market participants.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in complex real estate transactions (joint ventures, development, acquisitions/dispositions, REIT or real estate M&A and financings)
Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; commercial understanding of real estate investing
Experience working with cross-office or international teams and sophisticated institutional clients
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work in the listed office locations
